I took the Collage Makers Summit recently and it really inspired me to get back to working in collage. The problem I had though was that I didn't have any collage material to work with. Since I was moving, I had gotten rid of all my Japanese papers, patterned papers, and some gel printed papers that I could have used to make collages. My solution, I'd use scanned images of some of my previous works, and royalty-free images available from The Graphics Fairy. To make the digital collages, I decided to work exclusively in Rebelle 7 Pro.
It was a great workshop with fantastic instructors covering a wide variety of collage techniques and themes. Here are three samples of some of my digital collages all based on the theme of vases and flowers.
